Badi Sarokar Manch Nepal (BSMN) is led by marginalized people who are victimized by caste and gender, victims of conflict, excluded and marginalized. Almost all the members belong to the grassroots and are experienced in development work. BSMN Nepal has highly professional and experienced human resources with different roles for organizational members, executive committee members, volunteers, advisory group members, technical groups and well-wishers.
