The people of Nepal enjoy the optimum quality of life, live in peace and freedom, defend their socio-cultural, political and economic pluralism and regulate their local government to function in a transparent and accountable manner. Quality of life can be measured in terms of the level of education, health livelihood, and participation, access to resources, services and decision-making process. BSMN envisions a society where dignity of marginalized and disadvantaged people is ensured for all men and women through empowerment and inclusion; therefore, BSMN want to see " Prosperous and dignified community"
BSMN mission is to work together amongst the marginalize and excluded community to make empowerment and inclusion a level for human development.
The people of Nepal take control of the devolved resources and services, lead the development process for their human and institutional development and practice, their basic human and civil rights in a democratic environment.
To secure the rights of and obtain socio-political inclusion for the most disadvantaged women, children and youth in Nepal through strengthening the institutional and individual capacity of women, children and youth to improve social, economic and political opportunities.
